Helping people process their story; and think about it in another way, to walk with them, while in transition past their trauma or circumstance.
I practice Christian counseling based entirely on a Christian worldview. Therefore, it is Christ-centered, biblically rooted, and clinically informed.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis Intervention Counseling, Marriage Restoration and Mediation, and currently working on completion of my Biblical Ministry Counselling Degree.

With coaching you already have the answer, you as the client are in control! I support and ask empowering questions, getting to the deep desires of your heart. Then, with those answers you see things in a different way, allowing yourself to grow into the end result you already had within you.

marriage restoration
Marriage Mediation is an innovative marriage-saving intensive for couples seeking healing and restoration in their marriage. Couples no longer have to choose between counseling or divorce when their marriage is at a crossroad. Through Marriage Mediation, you can experience immediate hope and transformation by combining biblically based resources and mediation techniques for long term restoration.
The one day marriage intensive is set up for people with a desire to restore, remind and renew their marriage. This day will be the basis to the fundamental laws of marriage to elevate your relationship with your spouse.
The two day marriage intensive is set up for a couple working through past issues or are contemplating divorce. Even if you have filed for a divorce and you think the marriage is over, there have been many couples who have successfully saved their marriage with the principles taught in this intensive.
A minimum of 10 days is required for prerequisite work for this intensive.

marriage retreat
Marriage Mediation and Restoration would not be complete without taking the necessary time each year to do a vision workshop.
Focusing on the year ahead, this retreat encompasses the full Marriage Restoration & Mediation along with Jimmy Evans Vision Retreat booklet and a relaxing stay at a private lake front cabin in Central Alberta.
What is included:
4 night stay with hot tub, wood fireplace, comfort amenities, Vision Retreat Book and supplies for a vision board, 1 or 2 day Marriage Mediation/Restoration Intensive in person.
*a minimum of 21 days is required for prerequisite work for this intensive.
